Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached
  • Items must be in their original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on knitwear & sweats (excluding manufacturing defects). All other product categories from our collections (dresses, jeans & trousers, outerwear, shorts, skirts, suits & tailoring, and tops) are eligible for returns.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps:

  1. Contact us within 15 days of receiving your order at [email protected] with your return/exchange request using the template below
  2. Our customer service team will respond within 24-48 hours with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions
  3. Package your item securely with the original packaging and include your RAN clearly marked on the outside
  4. Ship your return to the address provided in your authorization email

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or was incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 3-5 business days), we will process your refund or exchange:

  • Refunds: Will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after approval. Note that your bank may take additional time to process the refund.
  • Exchanges: We will ship your new item once the return is received. For size/color exchanges, standard shipping fees apply unless the original shipping was free.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable except in cases of our error.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange for a prepaid return label and expedite your replacement.

International Returns

For our international customers (excluding certain Asian and remote regions), please note:

  • You are responsible for any customs duties or taxes incurred during the return process
  • Original shipping fees will not be refunded for international orders
  • Return shipping times may vary based on your location
