Shipping Information

Order Processing

We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Options

Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx

  • Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Includes tracking and insurance

Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS

  • Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment
  • Basic tracking included

International Shipping

We ship worldwide (excluding certain Asian and remote regions). International customers may be responsible for customs duties and taxes, which are not included in the order total.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love every Pretty Lavi piece you purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange most items within 15 days of receiving your order.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
  • Original packaging must be included
  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items:

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on knitwear & sweats (except for manufacturing defects). All other product categories are eligible for returns.

How to Return or Exchange

  1. Contact Us: Email [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order using our return request template below
  2. Get Authorization: Our team will respond within 24-48 hours with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions
  3. Package Securely: Include all original packaging and clearly mark the RAN on the outside
  4. Ship Your Return: Send to the address provided in your authorization email

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or was incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 3-5 business days):

  • Refunds: Issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after approval (bank processing times may vary)
  • Exchanges: Your new item will ship once we receive the return. Size/color exchanges incur standard shipping fees unless original shipping was free

Original shipping fees are non-refundable except in cases of our error.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll arrange a prepaid return label and expedite your replacement.

International Returns

For our international customers:

  • You’re responsible for any customs duties or taxes during the return process
